摘要
对浮阀塔板压降进行了分析,推导出了不同操作阶段塔板压降的理论模型,研究结果表明,升程是影响塔板压降的一个重要因素,要减小塔板压降,可采用较长阀腿的浮阀,在较大的实验数据范围内对V-4型浮阀塔板压降进行了关联;获得了满意的关联效果。
The pressure drop on val ve tray was analyzed.The models of pressure drop underdi fferent operation conditions were derived.The study shows that the valve lift has an effecton the pressure drop of val ve tray.The val ve with long leg can be used for reducing thepressure drop.The rel iable correlations for V- 4 val ve tray are purposed in wide operationrange。
