摘要
水力冲填筑坝施工法可用来建筑堤坝，水下挖沟、挖坑，还可用于沉井和穿江管道施工。该施工方法具有设备轻小、施工速度快、工程质量好、成本低和劳动强度低等特点，与机械碾压施工法相比可节约资金2．94元／m^3。本文以吉林油田新立采油厂防洪大坝的施工为例，说明水力冲填筑坝的施工方法、设备选用及技术措施，并对如何用于滩海人工岛、堤的筑坝施工提出补充和完善建议。
Dam construction method of hydraulic flushing and filling can be used to construct dike anddam,to dig under water ditch or hole,and also be used in sink well and pipeline construction tocross the river underwater. This method has some features in light and small type of equipment, fastconstruction,good engineering quality, low cost and low labour strength.Comparing with mechani-cal rolling and pressing construction method,this method can save money by 2.94 chinese yuanper cubic meter. With the construction of a flood-proof dam in Xin Li oil extraction factory in JiLin Oilfield,as an example, this paper describes the construction method of hydraulic flushing andfilling to form dam, the equipment choise and the technical measures. In addition, it presents sup-plement and suggestion on construction of the artificial island, dike and dam in beach and shallowsea.
