摘要
提出了粗苯酐精馏应用蒸发冷凝技术和高效规整填料塔的节能新工艺流程,并对精馏塔、冷凝器等设计进行了改进。经两年多的实际牛产证明该新技术及设备设计合理,操作稳定、可靠。产品优级品率可达85%以上,单位生产能力比旧工艺提高了2─3倍。新工艺流程可副产蒸汽近427千克/吨苯酐,节水30吨/吨苯酐。总计每年可增加经济效益约104万元。
An energy-saving technological process for the rectification of raw phthalie anhydride isgiven in this paper。In the process,the high efficiency regularly packed column and the evap-oration-condensation technique are nsed.More than two years of steady operation has provedthat the process and equipment design is rational.The superior quality product rate reaches over 85%,and productivity raises by two to three times.This design can produce utilizablesteam(0.5MPa and 0.25MPa)about 427kg/t phthalic anhydride;moreover, it save cool water 30t/t phthalic anhydride. More than 1 million yuan(RMB)per year of benefit can be achi-eved from the process.
