摘要
论述了电动潜油泵正常运行的排量范围和叶轮的轴向力的计算方法,并且着重分析了泵运行的排量范围与其使用寿命的内在联系,指出应尽可能使泵在厂家规定的排量范围内运行,否则,既不经济,又会影响泵的使用寿命。
The author discusses the displacement range of a submersible electric pump in normal operation and the method for calculating the axial force of the impeller, emphatically analyzes the inherent relation between the displacement range and the service life of the pump, and points out that the pump should be put into operation in the displacement range provided for by the manufacturer, otherwise the service life of the pump will be reduced.
