摘要
应用常规游梁抽油机-深井泵系统和精确动平衡的新理论,建立了一次简谐波平衡扭矩幅值和二次简谐波平衡扭矩幅值及相位的方程、连杆、光杆运动分析方程;又依据振动理论,确定了计算光杆振动载荷方程等,借助于微型计算机对精确动平衡常规抽油机的动力特性进行了预测,同时给出了该型机新平衡的可行方案。由计算机可绘出各种工况下连杆、游梁和光杆的运动分析曲线、光杆模拟示功图及动力特性曲线。应用预测技术可对各类抽油机进行动力特性对比、能耗分析和参数计算。
In the light of the conventional beam pumping unit-rod pump system, and applying the theory of exact dynamic equilibrium, the authors establish the equations for the amplitude of the first hormonic balance torque and the amplitude and phase of the double-frequency hormonic balance torque, the equtions for the motion analysis of the pitman and polished rod, and the equation for calculating the vibrational load of the polished rod, predict by means of computer the dynamic performance of the conventional pumping unit with exact dynamic equilibrium, and present the feasible scheme for the new equilibrium of the unit.The above-mentioned predicting method can be used for the comparison of the dynamic performance and the power consumption of various kinds of pumping units.
