水平钻井接单根时循环泥浆对岩屑床的改造规律 被引量:1

摘要 分析了水平钻井过程中接单根后只循环泥浆和开泵同时钻进两种情况下岩屑床的变形机理。研究表明,环空流场的水动力通过对床面岩屑的紊动扩散作用而携运岩屑,达到洗井的目的.根据紊动扩散方程,得出了循环泥浆引起的岩屑浓度的分布规律和岩屑床的扩散速率,由此可计算出清洗岩屑床的泥浆循环时间等参数。 During drill-pipe connection,there will be static cuttings bed in annulus. Basedon the mechanism of cuttings motion under the conditions of only circulating mud and drillingafter drill-pipe connection,the cuttings can be moved by the hydraudynamic forces of annularflow by the motion of turbulent dispersion,Then the hole can be cleaned. According to theequations of turbulent dispersion,the redistribution rules of cuttings concentration in annulusand the dispersive rate of cuttings bed caused by circulating mud are obtained. From theconclusions,the times and other parameters of circulating mud for cleaning hole aredesigned.
