摘要
较详细地介绍了ＵＮＩＦＡＣ汽液平衡模型在丁二烯抽提（ＧＰＢ）装置的Ｃ４烃－ＤＭＦ体系萃取精馏过程模拟计算中的应用情况。根据实际考察提出了改善模拟精度的主要措施，包括正确选择有关基团对的基团交互作用参数，正确选用ＤＭＦ饱和蒸汽压的计算式以及利用实际数据对个别组分作适当修正等。
This paper studies mainly the application of UNIFAC group-contribution modelin simulating computation for the extractive distillatlon with C4-DMF system of a GPB plant.In order to obtain satisfactory simulation results,a special attention has been paid to using thedesirable UNIFAC group interaction parameters. The saturation pressure of DMF was estimatedby the proper correlation,and some reasonable modifications were taken.
