摘要
从石油馏分蒸馏曲线的本质出发,对Dhulesia思氏蒸馏曲线数学模型进行了修正。修正后的模型可以用于恩氏蒸馏曲线、实沸点蒸馏曲线和平衡气化曲线的数学模拟和个别遗缺馏出(或气化)温度的预测,用直馏汽油、煤油、轻柴油和重柴油等馏分的恩氏蒸馏数据对数学模型验证,最大绝对误差为6℃,将数学模型用于某炼油厂直馏汽油恩氏蒸馏曲线个别遗缺馏出温度的预测,最大绝对误差为4.5℃。
The Dhulesia equation for ASTM distillation interpolation was modified according to the essence of ASTM and TBP distillation and EFV curves.The modified equation was used to model ASTM, TBP distillation and EFV curves.The modified equation was tested by usin g ASTM distillation data of straight-run gasoline, kerosine,light diesel fuel and heavy diesel fuel. The maximum deviation of the temperature is 6℃. It is used to calculate individual temperature data of ASTM distillation curves of straight-run gasoline with maximum deviation 4.5℃.
