摘要
以近年来国内外头水力学研究的文献为基础,综合论述了PDC钻头水力学中钻头井底流场和水力结构优化研究的新方法、新动态和新成果,并提出了研究中存在的问题和今后的展望。分析表明,示踪颗粒轨迹测法和井底测压法是目前研究PDC钻头井底速度场和井底压力场的比较有效和可行的方法,采用数值模拟方法来描述PDC钻头井底流场,进行钻头水力结构优化将是PDC钻头水力学研究的一个方向,到目前为止,还没有一个评价PDC钻头水力结构和井底流场优劣的合适的定量标准,因而,水力结构设计很难谈得上优化,今后应开展这方面的研究工作。
This paper summarized the new methologies,developments and achievementsIn the researches of bottomhole flow field and hydraulic configuration optimization of PDC biton the basis of the recent in formation of researches on bit hydraulics. The problems remainingto be solved in thercsearches and the trend of investigation in future are proposed.Studies ofbi thydraulics show that the methologis of tracer tracking test and measuring bottomholepressurets are more effective and more feasable for researching the bottomhole flow field andpressure field of PDC bit at present.It will be a trend to research PDC bit hvdraulics by theuse of the niethologies of numerical simulation for describing the bottomhole flow field andoptimizing hydraulic configurations of PDC bit.So far,a quantitative criterion for evaluatingthe flow field and hydraulic configuration of PDC bit was not yet found. The quantitativecriterion should be studied in future becaususe the optimization of hydraulic configuration willbehardlv carried out without such a criterion.
