摘要
对油田常用的原油含水分析仪测试系统提出一些补偿措施,研制出一种补偿式电容法原油含水分析仪。其原理是采用软硬件共同补偿,用直接电容法设计出新型电容传感器,用具有转换精度高、抗干扰能力强、线性度好等特点的信号转换接口电路构成前向通道;采用积累平均模式和分段回归软件处理方法,简便有效地实现了流态补偿和温度补偿。从而进一步提高测量的准确性。
This paper describes the developod test system of compensative capacity water in oil analyzer briefly. The principle of water in oil measurement is influenced by key factors,such as theflowstate and temperature of the mixture of oil and water;A lot of experiments and analyses were car-ried out.This paper presents a compensati ve capaci ty anal yzer for measureing water in oil.Somehardware and software and interface technology were used.The system adopts the direct capacity testwith the new designed type capacity sensor.The slgnal conversion interface circuita were designed andadopted.These circuits have the advantages of high conversion pricision,powerful antijamming abilityand good linerity. The software conducting methods of piecewiSe regression and cumulative mean wereadopted to realize the flowstate componsation and the temperature compesation simply and effectively.
