石化设备更新改造吊装技术──悬索走线法

摘要 某炼油化工厂需要在坚持生产的情况下吊装更换空冷设备。由于吊装场地狭小,经过多方案的对比,确定利用加热炉烟囱作立柱的悬索走线法吊装方案。考虑加热炉烟囱的壁板较薄,又是处在作业的高温状态下,对其受力和稳定性需进行严格的理论计算和校核,同时采取得力的辅助措施,使吊装在短时间内一次成功。实践证明,在场地狭小无法使用吊装机械的石化设备更新和技术改造工程中,只要将理论计算与得力的吊装措施相结合,以现有炉、塔等设备作吊装立柱的悬索走线吊装法也是完全可行的。 The air cooler in an oil refinery needs to be replaced while in operation.Because limlted space,after comparing a few plans.it is determined to adopt the suspended cable routing method using the high temperature chimney of the fufnace as vertical pole.Considering the thinner wall thicknes and the higher temperature of the chimney,and after making strictly theoretical caculation and checking on the stability of the chimney as well as taking effective measures,the hoisting and installation process was finished successfully in a short time.It is proved by practice that it is feasible to renew petro-chemical equipments within limlted space by adopting the sus-pended cable routing method if theoretical calculation and effective measures are combined
