管道工程施工进度控制系统的研究

Research on the Controlling System of Pipeline Construction Program

石油长输管道工程施工受外界环境的影响较大，保证工期是项目管理的关键环节。本文根据项目管理和控制理论的基本思想，分析管道工程施工的进度控制问题，建立控制系统模型，并结合网络计划技术和数据库技术，设计了一个计算机辅助施工进度控制软件系统，可供管道施工单位和建设监理用于施工进度控制，服务于工程项目实施的整个过程，对加快建设速度、提高经济效益、保证工程质量，具有决定性作用。

The constructien of long distanee oil pipeline is greatiy affected by external conditions .Based on the prineipal thought of item manuging and controfling theories, this paper analyses the control-ling problem of pipeline contruction program and establishes a model of controlling system.It also designs a computer soffware system to assist with eohtrollihg the construction program by com bining the network techniqne dale base fechnology and deeision making technique.This computer software sysiem may be used by construction units and supervisors to control construction program and be served in the whole proeess of construction. lt plays a determinate role in speeding up the construction program .raising economic cffieiency and ensuring construction quality.
