动臂桅杆分段吊装80m内衬隔热层钢烟囱

摘要 吊装直径较小的高耸烟囱具有一定难度,分段吊装可以减小其吊装吨位和吊装长度,化解不利因素。动臂桅杆的采用,减少了机具设备,扩大了桅杆作业范围,施工周期短,经济效益高。本文通过工程实例,介绍了动臂桅杆分段吊装80m钢烟囱的技术方案。 It is difficult to hoist high chimney of smaller diameter. By hoisting in sections, the hoisting tonnage and length are reduced, thus unfavourable factors are avoided. By using a mast with movable arm, the amount of tools and equipments is reduced, the operating range of the mast is enlarged, the coustruction cycle is shortened, and the efficiency is raised. The technical plan of hoisting the steel chimney of 80m in height in sections using a mast with movable arm is introduced in this paper by taking the above prokct as an example
