摘要
本文报道利用声电匹配和聚焦声透镜技术开发的科技新成果,为这种高灵敏度、高分辨率空气超声传感器研究设计的单片机信号采集、处理、控制软件硬件系统和纠偏执行机构,使对于TIG焊、CO_2气体保护焊和埋弧焊焊缝的扫描式、固定式超声传感二维自动跟踪首次实现,跟踪精度在横纵向均达到0.5mm。
This paper describes a scientific achievement developed by using the technique of acoustic-electric matching and focusing acoustic lenses. With signal sampling and process control-ling software and hardware systems and error correction mechanism, and designed together with high sensitivity and high resolution of an ultrasonic sensor, the monolith computer makes the two-dimensional ultrasonic sensing of seam tracking with the form of scanning and fixing to be first used in TIG welding, CO2welding and submerged arc welding. The tracking accuracy is 0.5mm both in longitudinal and transverse directions.
