摘要
讨论了一个新的丙烯氯醇化制备环氧丙烷流程的开发方法。传统的氯醇化方法为气相循环法。通过预试验探明了主副产物生成的途径以及相对的生成速率,了解了控制提高收率的主要因素─—减小溶氯器的液相贮存量和增大气液接触表面。提出了一个适用于高收率的新流程──液相循环流程。
Anew developing method for the preparation of propylene oxide from propylene chloro-hydrination is discussed.The conventional method is the gas-phase recycling method.Themain and the side products generating routes as well as their relative rates of formation havebeen investigated through preliminary experiments.The major control factor for yield improvement is found to be reducing the liquid storage in the chlorine-dissolving container andenlarging the gas-liquid contact area,Finally,a new process for high yield-liquid phaserecycling process is presented.
