摘要
介绍一种含硅活性炭为载体制备的固体磷酸催化剂，经Ｘ衍射分析确认其中含有磷酸硅，并用ＸＰＳ、ＩＲ、ＴＧ研究活性组份变化。此催化剂对丙烯齐聚产物Ｃ＿９＋Ｃ＿（１２）选择性约８０％。对丁烯齐聚寿命考查运转了２３６４小时，产品油辛烷值ＲＯＮ＝９７－９８。产油率为８４８ｋｇ油／ｋｇ催化剂。
In this paper we deal with oligomerization of solid phosphoric acid catalysts for C_3/C_4olefines.Active carbon containing silicon is used as supports. The characteristics of the ca-talysts have been studied by XPS, IR,TG and X-ray.Propene is oligomerized to obtainmixture of C_9+C_12 with a selectivity of 80% at 160-190℃ and under 3.6 MPa. The mixture of butenes have been oligomerized to obtain high octane number gasoline(RON =97-98).The gasoline yield is 848kg per kilogram catalyst.
