摘要
报道了利用毛细管电泳技术检测精制对苯二甲酸中的主要杂质4-羧基苯甲醛和对甲苯甲酸的方法。该方法采用185nm紫外检测及低紫外吸收的电解液,从而获得高灵敏度的检测。改进了现有分析4-羧基苯甲醛和对甲苯甲酸的方法,具有简单、快速、灵敏、准确的特点,可成为精制对苯二甲酸和对苯二甲酸产品质量控制的方法。
This paper reports a novel,simple, rapid and accurate method for determination of 4-CBA and p-TOL in purified terephthalic acid by capillary electrophoresis. This method uses185nm UV adsorbance detection and low UV adsorbance electrolyte for high sensitivitydetection. This method not only improved the precision and accuracy of the existing method,polargraphy for 4-CBA and gas chromatography for p-TOL, but also replaced HPLC method,and greatly reduced analysis time and cost. It is useful for controlling the quality of tere-phthalic acid products.
