摘要
考察比较了以固体NaOH、KOH和分子筛分别作为处理剂对工业级四氢呋喃的脱水脱醛性能以及LA-1为还原剂脱除过氧化物的性能。考察了温度、停留时间、吸附器类型等条件对精制结果及处理剂的有效处理能力的影响。确定了适宜的工艺条件,推荐了工业装置实施方案,精制后的四氢呋喃可达到聚合级指标。
The performance of removing trace aldehyde and water in industrial grade tetrahydro-furan(THF)with the treating adsorbents of solid NaOH and KOH and molecular sieves andthat of removing peroxide with LA-1 reducing agents were studied and compared.Theinfluence of temperature,retention time and adsorber type on the purification results andthe effective treating ability of the adsorbents were investigated.Suitable technical conditionswere selected and an industrial implementation scheme was recommended.
