摘要
实测了具有不同CuCl负载量(0-2.0mmol/gMS)的Cu(Ⅰ)Y型沸石在75℃、100℃和100kPa、200kPa下对CO、CO_2和N_2的(相对)吸附量和吸附分离因数,并提出了CO在该吸附剂上的吸附平衡模型。结果表明,负载1.2-1.8mmoLCuCl/gMS的Cu(Ⅰ)Y型沸石吸附剂较未负载CuCl的Cu(Ⅰ)Y型吸附剂对CO/CO_2和CO/N_2的吸附分离因数有较大的提高,可适用于工业废气中CO的TSA和PSA分离。
The adsorption amounts and separation factors of CO/CO_2/N_2 on Cu(Ⅰ)Y type MScarrying different amounts of impregnated CuCl were determined at 75℃,100℃ and under100kPa,200kPa Meanwhile,the adsorption equilibria models of CO on this adsorbent wereproposed. The results show that the adsorptive separation factors of CO/CO_2 and CO/N_2 onCu(Ⅰ)Y type MS impregnated with 1.2-1.8mmol CuCl/gMS are much higher than those onCu(Ⅰ)Y type MS with no impregnated CuCl.This adsorbent may be used not only for TSAseparation,but also for PSA separation Which is more important。
