乙炔气相合成乙酸乙烯催化剂的老化公式

摘要 用U型管固定床反应器,在较高的温度、空速下,进行催化剂的加速老化试验,根据大量老化试验数据回归出乙炔气相合成乙酸乙烯催化剂的老化经验公式,Δy/y_0=—m+nw,进而导出直观、实用、简便的老化公式Δy/y_0=—k_p(t_0-w/y_0)。讨论了已有老化公式之间的关系,补充引入了老化滞后常数t_0,完善了已有老化公式。 The accelerated ageing tests of catalysts are carried out in a U-tube fixed bed reactor at relatively high temperature and space velocity.The empirical ageing equation Δy/y_0=-m+nw of catalysts for the vapor-phase synthesis of VAc from C_2H_2 is obtained by regres-sion based on test results of accelerated ageing.An ageing equation Δy/y_0=-kp(t_0-w/y_0)is deduced.It is visual, practical and simple. The relations among ageing equations are discussed.
