溶胶－凝胶制备技术与新型催化材料I．稳定单分散AlOOH溶胶制备与表征

ANoveI Method for Preparing Catalytic Materials with Sol-Gel Technique I.Preparation and Characterization of Stable Monodispersion AlOOH Sol

采用ＱＥＬＳ，ＴＥＭ技术及胶体与界面化学的基本原理研究了溶胶－凝胶技术制备ｙ－Ａｌ＿２Ｏ＿３超滤膜中稳定单分散ＡｌＯＯＨ溶胶的制备工艺条件及其物理化学作用。结果表明用分散法由ＡＳＢ和ＳＢ粉制备稳定单分散ＡｌＯＯＨ溶胶的重要工艺条件是酸量［Ｈ￣＋］／［ＡｌＯＯＨ］＝０．０３－０．３（ｍｏｌ比），温度～８５°Ｃ和陈化时间至少５小时。

The properties of γ-Al_2O_3 UF membrane prepared by sol-gel technique can be affectedby several stages of sol-gel process.In this paper,special attention is paid to the preparationof stable monodispersion AlOOH sol from Al sec-butoxide and boehmite powder. The resultingconditions for the preparation of monodispersion AlOOH sol are:[H￣+]/[AlOOH] is equal to0.03-0.3(mol/mol), ageing temperature～85°C,ageing time 5-20 hours.The effects ofthe various parameters on the sol particle size, sol particle size distribution,relativestability of sol are discussed in detail.
