摘要
采用过硫酸铵(APS)-硫代硫酸钠(STS)及Ce ̄(4+)分别引发丙烯腈与壳聚糖接枝共聚反应,IR及SEM表征了接枝共聚物的结构。当[Ce ̄(4+)]=(6-8)×10 ̄(-3)mol/l;[AN]=(5-6)×10`(-1)mol/l;壳聚糖=0.75g/100m1;40°C;反应5小时及当[APS]=[STS]5×10 ̄-3mol/l;[AN]=6×l0 ̄(-1)mol/l;壳聚糖=2.0g/100m1;60°C;反应5小时时,所得接枝共聚物的接枝率(G)及接枝支链的分子量均较高。
Graft copolymerization of acrylonitrile(AN)onto chitosan respectively initiated byammonium persulfate-sodium thiosulpliate(APS-STS)and Ce ̄(4+)was studied.The structurewas eharacterized by IR and SEM. The maximum G(%)and side-chain molecular weightwere obtained at [Ce ̄(4+)]=6-8×10 ̄(-3)mol/l,[AN]=5-6×10 ̄(-1)mol/l,chitosan=0.75g/100ml.40℃ for 5h when Ce ̄(4+) was used and at [APS]=[STS]=5×10 ̄(-3)mol/l,[AN]=0.6mol/l,chitosan=2.0g/100ml,60℃ for 5h When APS~STS was used.
