摘要
采用计算机辅助设计的方法进行工业环己烷氧化反应器系统扩产的研究。文中给出所使用的动力学模型和反应器模型。在数学模拟和分析的基础上,提出扩产方案:当扩产30%时,环己烷氧化反应器的体积可不增加,进料量增加30%,贫氧空气中氧浓度增加1.18%,温度维持在原设计值。本文采用的计算机辅助设计进行工业环己烷氧化反应器系统扩产研究的方法和步骤可适用其他工业生产装置的扩产研究。
Tbis paper shows kow the study on the increase in capacity of an industrial cyciohexaneoxidation reaction system is aided by computer. The kinetics model and reactor model aredescribed in this paper.Based on mathematical simulation and analysis, the optimal designconditions are found.When the production increases by a factor of 30%,the input ofcyclohexane increases by a factor of 30%,the oxygen mole fraction in the lean oxygen airincreases by a factor of 1.18%,whereas the telnperature and volume of the reactors remainuncbanged.The computer-aided method described in this paper can be adapted to otherplants。
