摘要
针对往复钻井泵泵阀的主要破坏形式为冲蚀磨损和磨料磨损的特点,研制了一种可作二维运动的旋转阀盘。这种阀盘可有效地自行研磨工作面,使泵阀的寿命提高3倍以上。对其特性进行理论分析后认为,只有合理地设计叶片的进、出口结构角及叶片形状,才能充分发挥这种阀盘的优点和特性。
In view of that the primary wear modes of the valve on drill pumps are erosion and abra.sive wear,a kind of valve disk which is allowed to rotate and whose working surface can be effectively self ground is developed. The service life of the valve can be 4 times over. After an analysis of the characteristics of the valve disk,the authors point out that the advantages of the valve disk can be brought into full play only by designing the inlet and outlet blade angles and the blade shape rationally.
