摘要
为了控制海上浮式采油用油气水分离器内的液面晃动,在分离器内侧壁增设带一系列栅格的斜板及在液面增设带孔浮板,收到了很好的实验效果。从理论上探讨了这种改进结构抑制液面晃动的机理,指出低频长周期激振对减小液面晃动效果优于高频短周期激振;在液气界面晃动较大时,抑制作用也较大。
In order to damp the inter facial oscillations in a gas-oil-water separator for offshore floating production, inclined plates with series of grids are installed on the inside wall of the separator and floating plates with holes are added on the liquid surface. The oscillation damping mechanism of the improved separator is explored, and it is indicated that the damping effect by excited vibration with low-frequency and long-period is better than that with highfrequency and short-period, and the more violent the oscillation, the more remarkable the damping action.
