摘要
对35CrMo钢在采用两组焊接规范(真空度为4Pa;焊接压力为56MPa;焊接时间为1min;焊接温度分别为860℃、900℃)下获得的焊接接头进行了标准疲劳试验及缺口疲劳试验。试验结果表明:扩散焊接接头的抗疲劳性能优于母材;扩散焊接接头的疲劳寿命对缺口的敏感程度比母材低。采用真空扩散焊接工艺焊接制造空心抽油杆即使对焊接接头不进行切削加工,也不会影响空心抽油杆的寿命。
Standard fatigue test and notch fatigue test of vacuum diffusion bonded 35CrMo steel joints are carried out according to two different bonding specifications. The result shows that these joints have higher fatigue resistance and lower notch sensitivity than those of the parent metal. The advantages of manufacturing hollow sucker rods by the vacuum diffusion bonding technique are also proved.
