摘要 对江汉油田抽油泵柱塞失效的调查分析表明,泵阀球在井斜和液流水平力的作用下,对阎罩内壁、顶部和阔座产生周期性的碰撞,是柱塞发生断裂、脱扣和漏失的主要原因。增加阀座孔径、减小闹球与闽罩的径向间隙,以改善阀球运动特性,是防止柱塞断、脱、漏的有效措施,柱塞断脱率可从14.4%下降到2.5%。 nvestigation in the failures of subsurface pump plungers shows that the breaking and tripping of the plunger and the leakage around it are mainly due to the periodical bumping of the valve ball on bonnet and seat caused by the hole inclination and the horizontal force of the well fluid. The effective solution to the above-mentioned problem is to improve the motion characteristics of the valve ball by enlarging the bore of the valve seat. and reducing the radial clearance between ball and bonnet.
