摘要
本文分析了钒钛中锰球铁磨球的铸态组织特征,讨论了化学成分及冷却速度对其铸态组织的影响,提出了本材质磨球生产工艺参数控制范围。
This paper analyzed the structure characteristics of vanadium-titanium medium manganese nodular cast iron grinding balls and discussed the influence of the chemical composition and the cooling rate on their casting structure. It put forward the control range of the process technological parameters of the grinding balls.
