摘要
断口特征分析、现场受力测试和观察表明,抽油机曲柄销在玻坏时承受较大的扭矩。通过数值计算和理论分析,指出连杆大头与曲柄销轴承座装配不当,存在较大应力,以及曲柄销轴承选择不合理,轴承预期寿命偏低,致使轴承运转不良等,是引起曲柄销承受较大扭矩的主要原因。据此认为,改善曲柄销的装配质量和提高轴承的寿命,是防止曲柄销承受较大扭矩,延长其使用寿命的重要途径。
Analysis of the fracture characteristic and field test of the forces applied show that the pumping unit crank pin is subjected to rather high torque while being damaged' The authors point out that the rather high torque on the crank pin is mainly caused by the considerable stress due to improper assembling of the bearing race in the pitman bore and the abnormal performance of the bearing due to improper selection of the bearing, and suggest improving the assembling quality and selecting bearing with ample anticipated life to prevent the pinfrom sustaining excessive torque and thereby extend its service life.
