Development and Application of LoadReducing Tool for Deep Well Pumping

深抽助力装置是用抽油杆连接在井口到抽油泵之间的一种采油工具，根据需要可与抽油泵相隔数百米甚至上千米。这种装置并不抽油，但能改变上、下冲程井口排液量。装置产生的“上顶力”可减少抽油机悬点载荷及抽油杆载荷，改善抽油杆受力状况，减少抽油杆断脱事故，泵挂可平均加深２５０～８００ｍ。

The load reducing tool for deep well pumping is connected on the sucker rod above the subsurface pump, some hundreds or up to a thousand meters up from the pump according to actual conditions. It is not used for pumping, but for changing the fluid displacement on up and down stroke and reducing the polished rod load and the load on the sucker rod. By using this tool, rod failure can be redueed and the pump can be set 250～800m deeper.
