导数荧光分光光度法同时测定溶液体系中痕量铀和铽

摘要 本文详细研究了应用导数荧光分析法同时测定铀和铽时,狭缝宽度、响应时间和扫描速度等荧光峰高、峰位的影响,并确立了最佳测定条件。结果表明:在1.5M磷酸—1.0M磷酸二氢钠溶液体系中,应用一阶导数荧光光谱,可在521nm处测定铀酰离子,在538nm处测定铽离子,两组份互不干扰。由于应用导数光谱可以大大降低空白,从而提高了信噪比,使铀的检测限达1.2PPb,铽的检测限达2.8PPb,仅为常规法的1/2.7和1/11。应用于人工合成样品的测定,取得满意的结果。 A simultaneous determination of uranium and terbium in phosphoric acid and phospbate solution by means of derivative fluorescence method is described, with detailed study on effect of the bandpass, responsetime, scanspeed on the peak wavelength and the peak height. The optimum determination condition of instrument is defined, determining uranium at 521nm and terbium at 538nm with first order of derivative fluorometry. There is no interfere each other. This method provided a limit of detection 1.2 ppb for uranium and 2.8 ppb for terbium, because of derivative method can considerably reduce the blank noises.
