摘要
介绍了防喷式稠油抽油泵的结构及工作原理,指出使用这种泵进行热力采油时在遇井喷的情况下,只需将光杆缓慢下放,使上柱塞完全进入泵筒,上下防喷密封面完全吻合即可止喷。通过对防喷状态的理论分析计算,证明这种泵的结构设计是可行的。使用这种泵采油可提高单井综合采油时率15%以上,每井次可节约作业费用1.25万元人民币。
The authors introduce the design feature and working principle of the blowout preventing subsurface pump for viscous oil exploitation, and point out that, in thermal recovery with this pump, the blowout of the well can be controlled by lowering slowly the polished rod to make the whole upper plunger into the pump barrel and the upper and lower sealing surfaces to be fully sealed up. Analysis and calculation show that the design scheme of the pump is practicable, the well's comprehensive effectiveness for a given period of time can be improved by 15% or over by using this pump, and the production cost can be notably reduced.
