摘要
以六杆增程式游梁抽油机为例,讨论了在考虑摩擦的情况下,抽油机机械系统的运动微分方程的建立及数值解法,并介绍了抽油机机械系统真实运动规律的求解程序。通过实例分析计算,得出了若干可指导设计的结论。
Taking the six-bar incremental stroke beam pumping unit as an example, and taking the friction into considertion, the author presents the differential equation for the motion of the mechanical system on pumping units and the numerical solution to the equation, develops the computer program for solving the real motion pattern of the mechanical system, and draws through case study some conclusions to be used as design criteria.
