摘要
以6×19S+FC结构钢丝绳为例,研究了API标准钢丝绳单位长度重量比GB8918—88标准钢丝绳单位长度重量大的原因,指出API标准钢丝绳单位长度重量大,是由制绳钢丝抗拉强度的特点决定的,有利于提高钢丝绳的破断拉力值和使用寿命。
Taking the 6×19S+FC wire rope as an example, the author discusses why the weight of unit length of API wire ropes is heavier than that of GB8918-88 wire ropes, points out that the heavier weight of the unit length of API wire ropes results from the high duty rope wires used and is advantageous to improving the breaking strength and service life of wire ropes.
