摘要
论述了采用一点激振、多点拾振方式对SKC10-6-18数控抽油机框架系统所进行的动态特性试验,其目的在于获取框架系统的固有频率、结构阻尼比和固有振型等动态特性参数,以期为改进框架设计、减轻框架振动提供依据。分析了引起框架振动的原因,建议采用越频方法并为配重加设导轨装置等来减轻框架的振动。
The authors conduct a test for the dynamic characteristic of the frame work on Model SKC10-6-18 numerically-controlled pumping unit by way of one-point impact excitation and multiple-point vibration pickup, obtain such parameters as the inherent frequency, structural damping ratio and inherent vibration pattern, and so provide a basis for modifying the frame work from the angle of vibration damping. In addition, the authors suggest adopting the frequency-crossing method and installing a counterbalance guide to reduce the vibration of the frame work.
