机床传动系统采用公用齿轮的特点及其设计

摘要 本文着重从理论上阐述了采用双公用齿轮的特点,提出实际设计多传动比传动系统的关键在于求出双公用齿轮传动比和齿数,并导出所用的公式和提供实际设计计算使用的图表。 In this paper some characteristics of composite gear used in the transmission system of general machine tools are presented. Also the peculiarities of a twin composite gear applied to the system are described theoretically in particular. It is pointed out that the crux of such a twincomposite gear in the actual design of transmission system is to calculate the transmission ratio and the number of gear teeth, hence to derive the equation. In order to simplify the designing calculation, and to carry out practical work more conveniently, some relevant charts are introduced.
