摘要 大庆石油化工总厂于1990年7月与1991年10月分别在新建的30万t/a焦化汽油与常顶汽油混合原料的加氢精制装置和改造后的15万t/a重整装置上应用石油化工科学研究院研制的RAs-2(B)脱砷剂。经RAS-2(B)脱砷剂处理的原料油含砷量分别降低了70%和99%以上,使加氢精制RN-1主催化剂使用寿命延长两年左右。 This paper summarizes the commercial application of dearsenic agent RAs-2 (B), developed by RIPP,in Daqing Petrochemical Complex. The new hydrorefining unit of 300,000 t/a for mixedfeedstock of coking naphtha and straight-run naphtha was straied in July, 1990, and the revamped reforming unit of 150, 000 t/a was started in October, 1990. Consequently, with treatment of RAs-2 (B) arseniccontent in feedstock decreased more than 70% and 99% respectively. As a result, lifetime of catalysttreated with dearsenic agent, has prolonged about 2 years
