催化裂化分馏塔侧线抽出温度计算新方法 被引量:1

摘要 根据催化裂化分馏塔汽油与轻柴油、轻柴油与回炼油的实沸点曲线重叠现象,提出了计算侧线抽出温度时侧线产品油气分压计算的新方法,即不但要考虑该抽出板上气相内口流,而且还应当考虑上一个侧线或塔顶产品与该测线产品的实沸点曲线重叠量,并提出了计算摩尔重叠量的计算方法。新方法实际应用表明,侧线抽出温度计算值接近实测值,明显优于目前国内的计算方法。 A new calculating method of partial pressures and temperatures of sidestream withdrawls of FCC fractionator is proposed, according to overlapping TBP curves of two close withdrawls(naphtha and light cycle oil; light cycle oil and heavy cycle oil ). In calculation of partial pressure on theplate, not only reflux in vapor on the sidestream plate, but also the overlapping TBP curves were considered. Moreover, determination of overlapping in molar fraction was disscussed. Application of the newmethod in three FCC fractionators demonstrates that the calculating temperatures of sidestream withdrawlsare more close to the practical data, so that the new calculating method is much better than the methodused, in comparison with the calculating data by both methods of calculation.
