摘要
我国油品分馏技术正面临下列挑战:大型塔的设计和操作、加工进口中东轻质原油、提高减压馏分油与渣油的切割点、改进重质润滑油料的质量和扩大现有分馏塔的能力。本文分析了国内油品分馏塔的技术现状,指出了在许多方面填料塔的性能优于塔板塔,但也有局限性。只有根据工艺条件在老塔改造中合理选用填料形式和液体分布器,才能取得对能力和分离效率的预计改进。为此,本文给出了填料和塔板的选用原则,并对我国油品分馏塔新技术的研究方向和工业运用提出了一些建议。
Oil fractionating technique in China is facing to the following challenges:design and operation of large size column ; processing light crude imported from the Middle East; raising cut point between VGO and short residuum; improving qualities of heavy lube distillates and enlarging capacity ofexisting fractionators. This paper analyses domestic current technical situation of oil fractionator, and describes that packing column has advantages over downcome traycolumn, but still it has limitations. Thepredicted improvment of capacity and separation efficiency can be obtained,only when the improvment isbased on the processing conditions, by properly selecting type of packing and liquid distributor in modification of existing column. Finally, this paper gives principles for selecting packing versus tray, and puts forward some suggestions on research direction and industrial application of new technique of oil fractionatorin China
