PAREX工艺吸附剂在线再生技术

ON-LINE REGENERATION TECHNOLOGY OF ADSORBENT IN UOP PAREX PROCESS

研究了一种Ｐａｒｅｘ吸附分离工艺中的吸附剂的在线再生技术。该技术能在装置运行中，向解析剂ＰＤＥＢ中注入一种极性溶剂，将吸附剂中的污染物置换出来，恢复其吸附剂的性能，大大延长运行周期，工业应用效果明显，有很好的实用价值和很高的经济效益。

This paper presents a technology of on-line regeneration in UOP Parex process for adsorptive separation of para-xylene. In order to separate contaminants (carboxide) from the adsorbent, apolar solvent is injected into desorption agent PDEB, and contaminats in PDEB are effectvely separated.During operation the adsorbent can be regenerated on-line. Thus,operating cycle can be extended greatly.The technology is proven to be economically practical in commercial application
