摘要
本文以烷烃与烯烃混合物的分离制取高纯度烯烃为例,重点阐述了模拟移动床工艺装置操作状态关联图的绘制方法。应用该图可快速准确地判断任意时刻条件下的操作状态,即吸附塔各进出物料的床层位置、各工作区的床层位置、压送循环液体的工作区、泵送循环液体的工作区。并能分析出压送循环的各工作区与进料床层位置的关系、泵送循环的各工作区与进料床层位置的关系。本文提供的关联图绘制方法,可推广应用到正构烷烃与异构烷烃、环状烃的分离制取高纯度正构烷烃,及间、对、邻位二甲苯和乙苯混合物的分离制取高纯度对二甲苯的模拟移动床工艺装置。
This paper presents the way of making correlation chart for operating state of simulating translating bed, 4ahing separation process of alkane and alkene mixture for producing high purityalkene as an example. By means of the chart, operating state, at any time and under any conditions, canbe seen quickly and accurately, i. e. bed layer position of inflow and outflow of absorption column; bedlayer positions of working zones; working zone of press-circulating liquid; and working zone of pump-circulating liquid. Meanwhile,it is possible to analyse relations between different working zones of press-circulating liquid and inflow position;and relations of different working zones between pump-circulating liquidand inflow position. The said way of charting can be applied in production of high purity normal paraffinfrom paraffin isomers,circle-paraffin. Besides, the chart can also be used in highly pure para-xylene manufacture by separation of mixture of meta-, para- and ortho-xylene, ethylbenzene
