摘要
本文对最大量生产液化气同时最大量生产高辛烷值汽油工艺及催化裂解工艺生成的裂化产物,根据工艺产品分布的特点及产品规格的要求,进行了产品分离过程的研究与开发。在大量模拟计算、现场经验的基础上,对比了不同的分离流程。提出了采用单塔分馏、分馏塔下部急冷取热;采用吸收、脱吸、再吸收和稳定流程生产稳定汽油及液化气;常规三塔(或四塔)气体分馏生产聚合级丙烯的流程。并将开发成果付诸于工业装置上,取得了较为理想的结果。
Study and development of product separation schemes in MGG and DCC processeswere accomplished, based on characteristics of product distribution and specification. Besides, various separation schemes were compared in accordance with process simulation calculations and commercial experience. Thus, this paper presents some suggestions: 1) Cracked oil and gas can be separated in single fractionator, and quench is used in its lower section; 2) LPG and stabilized gasoline can be obtained by meansof absorption-desorption-secondary absorption-stabilization; 3) Polymer grade propylene can beproduced by conventional three or four fractionators. The achievements of development have been carriedout in commercial scale, and satisfactory results have been obtained
