摘要
文章通过对股蛇油田几年来有杆泵井工况优化实践的总结,提出了工况们也必须以油井流入能力与排出能力相协调为原则。现场。况管理中,像用。况管理图时,应对不同区域的井(临界区、供液不足区、潜力区及优化合理区)进行妥善处理;系统工况优化要做好与注来关系、油层结构、原油物性、油井技术状况及油开诊断资料相结合;应处理好泵放与克修期、泵放与单井产油量、生产参数与克修期的关系.文中还建立了工况优化的数学模型,阐明了系统优化的主要性和必要性。
Through the summary to the practice of several years in the optimhation of working conditions ofa sucker rod pump in Shengtuo oilfield, this paper poses that the optimhation of working conditionsmust take the harmoniousnase between the intake capacity and out flow capacity of a well as the princi-ple. In the field management of working conditions, the wells in the different districts (critical district,liquid supply deficiency district, potentical district and reasonable district) in the management chart ofworking conditions must be carefully and skillfully handled- The optimization of working conditionsmust conbine with the injection - production relation, reservoir configuration, physical property ofcrude oil, technical conditions and diagnosis data of the oil well, and handle properly the relations between the pump efficiency and the exempt workover Period, between the pump efficiency and the oilproduction of the well, between the production porameters and the exempt workover Period.
