ALKALINE AND POLYMER INTERACTIONS IN RELATION TO THE EFFECT ON SOLUTION PROPERTIES

摘要 本文模拟辽河兴隆台油田地层条件,研究了碱和聚合物长期相互作用对溶液性质,如体系pH值、碱浓度、粘度和筛网系数等的影响。使用了不同类型的碱(NaOH和Na2CO3)和聚合物(不同水解度的HPAM和Xanthan)。实验发现,随着碱/聚合物体系老化时间增加,溶液pH值和碱浓度降低,而粘度和筛网系数值增大,老化后期溶液中有大量白色絮凝物出现。 This paper studies the properties of aged alkaline/polymer combined systems, such as viscosity screen factor, PH, etc., under simulated condition of the Xinglongtai reservoir in Liaohe oil field. Based on a comparison of the effect of the type and concentration of alkaline solutions, type of polymers and degree of hydrolysis on the properties of solution, several conclusions can be obtained. As time goes on, the decrease of PH value and alkaline consumption by polyacrylamide can not be neglected in the alkaline/polyrner flooding systems. Moreover, viscosity screen factor of solution and degree of hydrolysis of polyacrylamide increase. When the degree of hydrolysis reaches a certain level, white flocculant appears in the solution.
