摘要
本文以产品－市场－效益的观念和翔实的科研试验数据，提出了一个以炼油厂富余的丙烯气体为龙头，经直接水合生产异丙醇、异丙醇脱氢生产丙酮、丙酮一步法合成甲基异丁基甲酮；自产丙酮与甲基异丁基甲酮再与四氨基二苯胺烃化合成生产橡胶防老剂４０１０ＮＡ及４０２０的５个既独立又相关、技术上切实可行、经济上效益显著的流程方案。
This paper discusses the five related schemes for producing isopropanol, acetone,methyl isobutylketone (MIBK) and rubber antiagers 4010 NA and 4020 from the propylene in refinery gases. These five schemes are showed to be practicable and economical by experimental results and from the points of view on product, market and profit.
