摘要 本文针对球形和三叶形填料,采用电化学技术测定滴流床液固传质系数。试验结果表明,低液速下,传质系数与气速无关;从滴流区到脉动区的过渡,气速对传质的影响为最大;在脉动区,传质系数随着气速、液速的提高而提高。填料特性对液固传质也有较大的影响。本文还根据试验结果,提出了计算球形和三叶形填料液回传质系数的数学关联式。 Abstract The liquid-solid mass transfer coefficients in tricklebed reactors with packings of 4.0mm glass beads and 1. 08mm trielobed extrudates were measured by means of an electrochemical technique. Experimental results indicate that with low liquid flow rate,gas flow rate has no influence .the mass transfer but the greatest effect is observed when the transition from trickling-to-pulsing occurs. In pulsing flow regime,liquid-solid mass transfer coefficients are enhanced with the increasing gas and liquid flow rates. It is also found that the characterestics of packing particles has an influence on the mass transfer. Dimensionless group correlations were proposed by linear regression.
