摘要 本文介绍了由烷氧基铝水解制备催化剂载体氧化铝的工艺方法,其中RIPP的工艺方法用共沸异丙醇水解三异丙氧基铝,同时得到氧化铝和含水量小于0.2%的脱水异丙醇,用简单的方法实现了异丙醇的循环使用。RIPP工艺方法具有产物收率高,工艺简单等特点,是烷氧基铝水解制备催化剂载体氧化铝的较好工艺方法。 Thia paper presents the processes for producing alumina to be used as catalyst support by the hydrolysis of aluminium alkoxide. In RIPP's process, aluminium isopropoxide reacts with an azeotropic mixture of isopropyl alcohol to simultaneously produce alumina and dehydrated isopropyl alcohol(with a water content less than 0. 2%). The recycling of isopropyl alcohol is thus completed. This process is characterized by high product yield, easy operation and simple equipment.It provides a better method for the production of alumina support for various catalysts.
