摘要 本文建立了红外光谱法快速测定催化裂化柴油糠醛抽余相中糠醛含量的分析方法。运用差谱技术消除由溶剂背景和吸收池反射所产生的影响。测定结果表明,该方法分析精度高,适用浓度范围宽,解决了难以用其它方法测定糠醛含量的问题。该方法的标准偏差为7.0×10 ̄(-3)。 A rapid infrared spectrophotometric metrod for determining furfural content in the raffinate of fur fural extraction of FCC light cycle oil is established. The effect caused by solvent background and cell reflection are removed by adopting spectral difference technique. The results of determination show that this method is precise in a wide range of fur fural concentration and thus solves the problem of furfural datermination which is difficult by other analytical methods. The standard deviation of this method is 0. 007.
