摘要
以正硅酸乙酯为原料用溶胶-凝胶法制备出孔径为3.0nm的陶瓷膜。考察了pH值、制膜温度、成膜助剂等对成膜过程及膜的性能的影响,并对气体在该种陶瓷膜上的渗透和扩散性能进行了测定和对该种陶瓷膜作了表征。
Microporous SiO_2 membrane with 3.0nm pore size has been prepared on an Al2O3 porous ceramic support by Sol-Gel technique with the hydrolysis of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS). The conditions of preparation and the performance of the membrane are investigated.
