摘要
全氯型铂铼双金属重整催化剂是目前催化重整装置普遍采用的催化剂，本文参考有关资料，结合铂重整装置多年运转实践，对还原、水氯平衡、硫控制等影响全氯型铂铼重整催化剂运转的几个主要因素进行归纳总结，以供同类装置生产异常而需要作出正确判断时参考。
The wholly chlorinated platinum-rhenium bimetallic reforming catalyst is most frequently used on catalytic reforming units. Taking into account the relevant information and several years experience of commercial operation, this papar summarizes and discusses some key factors that affect the service life of the said catalyst such as the reduction procedure, the water-chlorine balance and the sulphur control, as the guidelines for trouble shooting of similar reforming units.
